Long Island University\'s SGA President (State Senate) MOTOCROSS VIDEOS - MOTOCROSS VIDEO CLIPS & MOTO-X MOVIES

Student Body President, Ty. Christian Joseph, gives a speech on the importances of financial aid and why it should be a given for all people and not a privilege for some. FEEDBACK IS APPRECIATED!! (The sound is not that clear and the whole speech is not there, but you still get a pretty good clip Fat shout to Cristall Grant for taking this video. Mad love.). \n\nSpeech:\n\n- Into: \n\n- I stand before you today as nothing more than a human being, unafraid of the future, for I know that I hold the key to what is yet to come. Regardless of race, sex, political or religious belief, I look into the crowed and see faces, faces that have come together for a common goal. That goal being the means towards obtaining our education. Now, they say that the youth in America is not united, but today I think otherwise, for knowledge overrules all and that is what we fight for today. \n\n- Body:\n\n- But yet I must ask the question, should we have to ask for the means towards education. This education that will benefit our society through our successes. So in essence we are asking for to opportunity to better our society as well as our selves. This should not be a request; in fact it should be the privilege of the government to give us the opportunity to better the society in which they serve. \n\n- Conclusion \n\n- Coming from Flatbush, Brooklyn, they told me I would never make it. They told me I would be nothing, but today I stand before you as the left handed, dyslexic, genius, and the Student Body President of Long Island University, and like Malcolm X, Martin L. King, Huey P. Newton, Che Guevara, 2pac, Biggie, Fela Kutie, James Brown, Assata Shakur, Mos Def, Langston Hughes, Jimmy Hendrix, Baldwin, Ghandi, Marx, and everyone of you, I will reclaim the present so that we can hold the future and uplift the consciousness of the entire world.
